Zion's Refuge Church Presents
AmpliFIRE! Lock-In 2025

Kids ages 5-9 are allowed to participate in a pre-lock-in event that lasts from 7:30pm to 10pm

Youth ages 10-17 are allowed to register early and then stay the entire night from 8pm to 8am the next morning.

$10 per student

Cost goes to help pay for food, drinks, games and raise funds for our next adventure!

What to expect:

• Music will be fun and slightly loud
• Drop Off sometimes goes a little slow... please be patient
• LOTS of energy and movement
• Bright flashing lights during NERF War. If you suffer from seizures, you may want to participate in other activities. A respite room will be available during these times for any one that needs calm.
• The NERF war gets pretty competitive. BRING Goggles
• Everyone will have something to eat and drink. Seconds and thirds will ONLY be given out once everyone has been served.
• Phones are allowed...
  • BUT, the Church is NOT responsible for any stolen items, cracked or broken screens/phones, or other digital devices. Anyone using their phone contrary to the Student Code of Conduct will be asked to leave and any repercussions will be decided when appropriate.
• Girls and Boys will have separate resting areas.

Make sure to bring:

• Sleeping Bag and Pillow with student's name clearly on a tag or on the sleeping bag with PERMANENT marker. Do NOT use tape. It will come off.
• Goggles for NERF War
• NERF Gun with name written in PERMANENT marker (if you don't have a Nerf gun, you can use one of the church's.)
• Bright clothes for the Glow Party
• Extra sweatshirt, t-shirt, and sweatpants or pajama pants. (Shorts must remain pulled up and must go past the knee.)

Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

• Parents/Guardians MUST check ALL student in. Even the "Big" kids. If you have a guardian or friend dropping off the students, then they must be on the Pick Up or Emergency Contact List and they MUST sign in the students.
• Parents/Guardians MUST pick up the students promptly at 8am or when contacted by a leader.
• Parents/Guardians MUST be available at any time during the night or authorities will be contacted help with a child whose parent/guardian is unable to be reached.
• Parents/Guardians MUST check in ANY medications with a leader.
• Parents/Guardians MUST come INTO the church and check out with a signature to pick up students. No one will be permitted to just leave.

Do NOT bring:

• Nerf Darts. We supply all Nerf darts. Nerf Darts are standard size. If you bring your own and use them, we are NOT responsible if they are picked up or taken by someone else. The church will NOT reimburse anyone for any missing materials.
• Energy drinks
• Any perfumes or lotions (any medical lotions will be allowed but they must be checked in)
• Any banned items as listed in the Student Code of Conduct

*Medications MUST be checked in with the leaders and administration AND dosages MUST be clearly described or we will request the student be picked up or that a parent come to the event to administer the medication on site at ANY time. No medications will be administered for students under 10 years of age.

Friends of youth members will be limited to 2 non-AmpliFIRE! members and are subject to the first come, first serve clause

Registration opens Sunday, February 9 and ends Wednesday, Feburary 19, 2025

AmpliFIRE! Youth members will have registration preference.

AmpliFIRE! Youth members may only bring 2 non-AmpliFIRE! friends.

Once we have reached 80 participants, no other friends of AmpliFIRE! Youth members may register.
